About Us
The Winter Magic ice Skating team has developed a unique freezing system which is an Australian design for Australian conditions. We have built ice rinks in the hot climate of North Queensland, the NSW western town of Dubbo, and the 42degree summer in Whyalla,SA where ice rinks would not usually be considered feasible.
We are also now able to offer ice skating in schools, where a hall is available, having recently helped The Edge Hill State school raise funds by installing an ice rink for the school holidays in Cairns. We can provide an event for Schools or communities trying to raise funds which will attract people from far and wide. We lease out rinks or can run them for you on a profit share basis. Below is a list of some places we have installed temporary ice rinks.

Of these rinks, some were constructed as permanent ice skating rinks, others were temporary rinks in regional centres, and some were assembled to compliment an event (such as a winter festival, or promotion for a shopping centre). The rink sizes have varied from 5m x 5m to approximately 60m x 30m. In some locations a combination of ice rinks (and toboggan slides) have been constructed.
Our clients have ranged from private companies to local councils and clubs.
